Walk with a Doc to feature Dr. Triggs

Holzer will host the Walk with a Doc walking program on Saturday, September 14, 11am at the Holzer Therapy and Wellness Center, located at 735 Second Avenue, Gallipolis, Ohio. The walk will feature Wilton Triggs II, MD, Plastic Surgery, Holzer Health System. Following the walk, Dr. Triggs will draw one participant’s name to win a Marshall University versus Ohio University football game prize pack for the game at Marshall University. The game kicks off on September 14 at 6:30pm in Huntington, West Virginia.

Dr. Triggs is a graduate of the Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and completed his residency in plastic surgery at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He specializes in general plastic surgery services, including but not limited to breast reconstruction, head and neck oncology and reconstruction, body contouring following major weight loss, elective hand surgery and aesthetic surgery. He is currently seeing patients at Holzer’s Gallipolis campus.

Holzer encourages anyone in the community to join the walk. This is a FREE program and pre-registration is not required. Monthly walks are planned and will be announced via the Walk with a Doc website, www.walkwithadoc.org, as well as at www.holzer.org and Holzer’s social media channels. If weather permits, the walks will begin at the Center and continue around the Gallipolis City Park. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside the Center.
